30-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required.
  • Sale items and digital products are non-refundable.

How to Return

  1. Email us at returns@mystore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
